- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the United States) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notification or their agent.
3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or block access for users who are deemed repeat infringers of copyright.
4. Limitations of Liability
In accordance with the DMCA, DM Bloging is not liable for any damages resulting from the removal of material alleged to be infringing, and we are not required to respond to copyright infringement claims that do not comply with the requirements of the DMCA.
5. Changes to This Policy
